Explore faith

Alpha is a free 9-week course that creates a space for a conversation about life, meaning and faith.

It’s a chance to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, informal and no-pressure environment.

We believe that everyone should have the chance to explore, ask questions, and share their point of view.

Each week begins with free coffee and food and a chance to meet similar people. Afterwards there’s an engaging talk, designed to inspire conversation, which explores the big issues or questions around faith.

After the talk there’s a chance to join a small group of people just like you to chat, but there’s no pressure to say anything. Join in as much or as little as you like.

It’s a chance to hear from others and share your perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment. No question is “out of bounds” and no question is too basic.

More than 2 million people in the UK have given it a go. One thing we’re confident of, you’ll make some new friends along the way.

You’re welcome to give the first session a try. If at any point you decide Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem. There’s no pressure, no follow up, and no charge.
